Kindergarten students and family members attended the 'Paint & Sip: kindergarten edition' after school art class. Students were led through a step by step painting process with kindergarten teacher Ms. Riolo to create a one of a kind piece based on the children's book, "Snow" by Uri Shulevitz. Each month, Ms. Riolo will select a famous children's book illustrator and use a variety of art materials and techniques such as, watercolor, painting, oil pastel, drawing, and collaging, while sipping on grape juice and eating a snack."

I also used to love painting when I was still younger. I can still remember how my sisters used to help me finish the books I was coloring and the blank paper I used for painting. My mom also do some of the works most especially during those times when we have been destructed from what we are doing and all we just want to do is play some games. It was actually a good thing that my mom is a firm believer of the importance of preserving memories through keeping some things that have sentimental values. Some our works were even displayed on our living room which makes me feel nostalgic.
